Welcome to Selden Bed & Breakfast
Situated in the South Downs National Park at the foot of the beautiful South Downs in the West Sussex village of Patching, ‘Old Selden Farm’ is a lovely flint and brick farmhouse with numerous outbuildings and barns.
Old Selden Farm is the ideal B&B for anyone wishing to stay in a peaceful environment in the Worthing to Arundel area. We are a private residential Farmhouse with outbuildings which was formerly a dairy farm, nestling in a quiet country lane. It has some 65 acres of farmland which is a mix of forest and grazing land with two lakes, all in the South Downs National Park.
Private rooms with ensuite facilities
Old Selden Farm comprises the Farmhouse, the Annexe with a double room and a family suite above and separate from the house, a self-contained barn complex of individual rooms all with en-suite w/c & shower, The Gatehouse double and finally a self-contained double suite *.
All guest bedrooms have a lovely fresh ‘English Country’ feel, with oak floors or luxury carpets, pale walls, cream Egyptian cotton bedding with fluffy duvets and traditional furniture.
All rooms have either super king-size 6′ wide double beds or twin 3′ beds. All have en-suite facilities that include a large thermostatic shower, WC and washbasin.
Breakfast is served in our barn overlooking the fields.
* The Annexe family suite, The Annexe double room, The Gatehouse and the self-contained Double Suite are not suitable for pets.
Our Accommodation
We have a selection of family, double and twin rooms.
Family rooms have a super king-size 6′ wide double bed and 2 bunk beds or twin beds.
All doubles have super king-size 6′ wide double beds and Twin rooms have 3′ beds.
All rooms are equipped with a TV, hairdryer and hospitality tray with tea, coffee and drinking chocolate.
Luxury toiletries and thoughtful extras are all provided to make your stay a `home from home` experience.
Breakfast is served in our barn overlooking the fields where we will serve you a delicious Full English Breakfast or if you prefer, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals, granola, toast and preserves.
All with Fruit Juice, Tea and Coffee.
